Public bug reported:

I have an image to be uploaded in glance with 15GB of size.
The upload is done by informing the URL.. So, horizon initiate a task in glance 
to upload the image.
The problem occurs when there is no enough free space in the directory where 
the image will be placed.
In this case, horizon simply change the task to "deleted".. No information is 
shown saying why it was deleted.
Horizon should better show error messages when tasks fails.
