Public bug reported: TestL3GwModeMixin unit tests class from tests/unit/test_extension_ext_gw_mode.py module fails when running alone. No plugin_core is defined for its tests.
When running with other tests, somehow it succeeds. It may be because of other test/s bug where core_plugin setup is not cleaned properly.
