live-migration : no error on CLI but an error in compute node

Bug description:
when I ask the instance to live-migrate :
#nova live-migration 90e9804e-4e93-446d-ade3-9143421ee5b9 devstack3
no message is return to the CLI but the instance is not migrated.
moreover, on devstack3, I see this error :

I've tried to not use a shared storage in devstack with
NOVA_INSTANCES_PATH, and use --block_migrate, but the same error
occurs
