Bug description:
-Setting:
Two ESX boxes with 4 cores each
A VC with a cluster attached to two ESX boxes.
One of the ESX boxes is disconnected (Not removed)
-Driver reporting:
Driver is reporting 8 available cores
-Expected:
Driver should report only 4 cores, since one of the ESX boxes is
disconnected
