Adding a new dashboard with a long name causes contents to start below
the navigation pane.

Bug description:
Normally, contents is on the right side of navigation pane.
However, a long dashboard name will cause the content to start below the
navigation pane.
Steps to reproduce bug:
1. Create a new dashboard with a long name
2. Add a panel to the dashboard with some content
3. Start and run the server
4. You should visually see the bug.
