Bug description:
Change tenant network type usage for InfiniBand Fabric to ‘vlan’ type.
Mellanox neutron plugin supports embedded switch functionality as part of
VPI, i.e. Ethernet and InfiniBand HCA.
Tenant network isolation is achieved via Layer-2 network partitioning. While
Ethernet packets are tagged with VLAN-ID, InfiniBand packets are tagged with
P-Key. This has quite the same meaning.
An additional incentive to fix the IB tenant network type is the
compatibility with Network Node running LinuxBridge Agent as L2 agent to enable
DHCP and L3 functions.
