Hi
We use openstack havana from the saucy repositories
After an update the neutron-l3-agent did not (dis)associate floatingips.
Only after restart the service the changes are applied.
The package-version is:
neutron-l3-agent 1:2013.2.1-0ubuntu1
The neutron server sends the request to the queue:

I did not find any reference to an error in the logs of the l3-agent
