This was fixed in the nova agent, and is now fixed. Clearly had another
bug or blueprint open for the fix.

xenapi: set hostname is failing with latest XS 6.1 PV tools

Bug description:
XenServer 6.1 PV tools no longer set the hostname in the way expected
by nova's XenAPI driver.
Need to look at using the guest agent, or in the case of cloud-init not
setting the hostname flag.
Also, other network related xenstore values are not really relevant when the
agent is not being used.
