A recent commit appears to have broken keystone-manage:
keystone-manage db_version
2014-02-24 21:29:17.392 CRITICAL keystone [-] TypeError: db_version() takes
exactly 2 arguments (1 given)
It appears to be a regression caused by this patch which was recently
merged:

The ")"'s on the print statements look to be in the wrong place
