Bug description:
Right now the DAEMON_ARGS parameter in the init.d script is named
CONFIG_FILE and is formatted wrong for where it is, which means that
the daemon doesn't start at all for debian 7 from your repositories.
The daemon needs the config file to be prepended, and should also
probably be provided with a log file.
