Public bug reported: A Nova generated public SSH key contains the comment 'Generated by Nova'. Earlier versions of cloud-init (prior to 0.7.2) can't properly handle spaces in key comments and as a result, fail to disable the root account (if configured to do so).
Earlier Nova versions (Essex and older) didn't have spaces in the comment.
