Missing 'trunk' option with N1K plugin in the dashboard

Bug description:
The Cisco N1K plugin allows for 'trunk' type network profiles to be created
via CLI in addition to 'VLAN' and 'Overlay'.
Fix the segment_type choices in router/nexus1000v/forms.py to add the missing
'trunk' choice.
