While fixing bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/neutron/+bug/1287630, nuage
plugin was missed from the list.

Nuage CI started failing floatingip tests since than reporting unknown
column error.
This bug is to add nuage plugin to the list.
Pass of Nuage CI with this patch should verify the fix.
