Bug description:
Due to non merged patches in nova that should support propagating
physical_network attribute as part of the VIF /Network object:
1. retrieve physical network via provider extension:
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/59093/
2. potentially propagate vif_details to VIFDriver
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/44596/
Need to add temporary solution in order to support multiple physical
networks by mlnx ML2 MD.
