NSX: Updated security profile name is not reflected in NSX-Manager

Bug description:
Steps to Performed:
1. In Openstack Horizon, Create one security group and add some ingress,
egress rules.
2. This security profile is correctly reflected in NSX-Manager with correct
name and UUID.
2. Now change the name of this security profile through openstack horizon.
Observed Behavior: ==================
1. Changed security profile's name is not reflected in NSX-Manager. In
Manager old name is still exist.
2. Changed name is reflected correctly in "neutron security-group-list" .But
in NSX-manager is not reflected.
3. Functionality of this security profile is working correctly only newly
changed name is not reflected on NSX-Manager.
