Title: While creating database instance size paramater should not be mandotory Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon): New Bug description: While creating database instance, size parameter depends on if trove_volume_support is set or not. If its set to true, size is must. But if its set to false, size is not required. Then in dashboard, it should not be a mandotory paramater. It should be an optional paramater.
