Bug description:
Due to this missing functionality MTU can not be increased/adapted to
specific requirements.
For example configure compute node VIFs to make use of jumbo frames.
LinuxOVSInterfaceDriver and LinuxBridgeInterfaceDriver are using
network_device_mtu to configure the MTU of some created VIFs.
