Top Bar is breaking the skinning on window resize
Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
Invalid
Bug description:
- Top Bar ( container ) is not being resized if you resize the window
or have a screen with lower resolution.
Steps to reproduce:
1 ) Go to instance tab, flavor or any other tab ( must have any content on
tables )
2 ) Resize the window ( width ) to be small. For example something like
500px on size.
3 ) You will get the top bar smaller than table, crashing the skinning (see
image attached)
