Boot a vm from external image location
Status in OpenStack Image Registry and Delivery Service (Glance):

Bug description:
I have created a vm using
glance image-create --name cirros-5 --container-format bare --disk-format
qcow2 --is-public yes --location
https://launchpad.net/cirros/trunk/0.3.0/+download/cirros-0.3.0-x86_64-disk.img
But I could not boot a vm using this. It is going into error state.
Please help me in booting a vm from a image which is there in other location.
