Bug description:
Having a simple way of deleting all extra dhcp options on a port makes it
easier to rollback changes made in an update_port operation when the
update_port_postcommit() fails.
There is a related bug under review [1] that makes it possible to
remove a given option but having a method for deleting all options
similar to what exists for some of other extensions (e.g.
allow_address_pair) may be of value.
