In general this is not a bug. We have been reducing output of the tests
and capturing them in more intelligent ways but this isn't really
something that needs to be fixed at this point.

Bug description:
When running the unit test suite, many of the tests generate copious
debugging output statements that make it hard to see the actual
output. Tests that hit FakeLDAP, various
test_v3 tests,
test_keystoneclient_sql.KcMasterSqlTestCase
Are all examples.
