Just checked this against
https://github.com/openstack/nova/tree/3ffa40cc9a6c4fd2a04a9bc72cee22e1772176b0,
and the HEAD test passes, the DELETE test gets the right return code..
but fails on the error message.

Bug description:
I am running the attached boto based script and I unable to read the
error_code, it shows None.
Per the S3 API documentation it must provide this value.
