Title: Over quota errors originating from Neutron result in 500 error in Nova Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova): In Progress Bug description: When using the floating IP and SecGroup extensions in Nova with Neutron, and a quota limit is exceeded in Neutron, the exception from the Neutron client results in Nova generating a 500 error.
