Correct H301 and H302 violations
Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
Fix Released
Bug description:
There are many violations of this rule. Originally it was intended to
only fix H302 but flake8 will not check for H302 unless H301 is
enabled as well. So must fix them both at the same time.
