I couldn't find this option in the manuals, so nothing to remove there.

Bug description:
When glance db code was replaced by oslo db code
(https://review.openstack.org/#/c/36207/) 'db_auto_create' flag was
removed, however it is still used in Glance config documentation,
Glance functional tests and in default Glance configs.
