In Juno this requires going to Admin -> Identity -> Projects, then More
-> View Usage for the project in question. This bug is not reproducible
in Juno; each project usage now correctly shows the instances for that
project, regardless of whether it is the same or different from the
current project.

Title:
Admin Project Usage page: Project Usage data is displayed only for the
project selected on Projects tab
Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
Invalid
Bug description:
(in Havana)
To reproduce:
* Create two projects and add some instances to each one. Make sure the
instances have different names.
* Select the first project you created
* Then switch to Admin tab and view projects list. View usage for
project 1 & 2 - both pages show data for project 1. To see usage from Project
2, you have to go to the Project tab, switch projects, then go back to Admin.
This usage page doesn't show the name of the project that you just
clicked on, so adding the project name would improve usability.
