Bug description:
VMware VCDriver uses datastore_regex to match datastores (disk abstraction)
associated with a compute host which can be used for provisioning instances.
But it does not use datastore_regex while reporting disk stats. As a result,
when this option is enabled, resource tacker may see different disk usage than
what's computed while spawning the instance.
