Overriding LOGOUT_URL in local_settings.py causes weird issues

Bug description:
I had LOGOUT_URL overriden in my local_settings.py, and it broke
functions like generating SSH keys for users in the dashboard
resulting in an unknown exception warning - without anything in the
debug logs. Removing the setting fixed everything...
