Public bug reported:
Keystone defines the project/user/domain IDs as varchar(64), but neutron
uses varchar(255) on every resources.
But the tenant id actually generated by keystone is 32 character.
Please change to the tenant id lengths to <=64 >=32.
The record size has impact on the memory usage and to the db/disk
caching efficiency.
** Affects: neutron
