Trove instance table name should be changed

Bug description:
It appears that the pattern for form / table names is to match the name from
the navigation panels
e.g. Selecting Compute --> Overview displayed the Overview panel
e.g. Selecting Orchestration --> Stacks displays the Stacks panel
For trove we don't follow the same rule:
Note: See also #1336490 which proposes changing the names for
navigation items
For Trove selecting (Database) Backups displays the 'Backups' panel
but selecting (Database) Instances displays the 'Databases' panel
.... these names should match - maybe the simplest solution is to use the
term 'Instances' - but we should consider if this will cause confusion with the
existing Compute --> Instances name ?
