https://review.openstack.org/#/c/101977/ failed (06-25 09:41) with one
failure from
tempest.scenario.test_network_basic_ops.TestNetworkBasicOps.test_hotplug_nic
in check-tempest-dsvm-neutron-icehouse (so I assume this is running
stable/icehouse).
The traceback shows that tempest was trying to verify the connection.
