Nova is showing the space in the filesystem where the instances will be
stored. Showing inaccessable local storage makes no sense.

Hypervisors only shows the disk size of /root

Bug description:
Dashboard=>admin=>Hypervisors, Storage total=48G, however, the system
is ~300G, only /root is ~48G. Looks like that dashboard only shows the
disk size of /root rather than the whole system's disk.
