The issue is actually that the url in question is *not* built out of the
Nova tree, it's dead orphaned content that needs to be deleted manually
by infra.

Currently nova.openstack.org redirects to docs.openstack.org/developer/nova.
But the /versionnumber sites (http://nova.openstack.org/2011.2 ), points
404.
