compute should support choosing VIF-types generated by libvirt
(especially bridge and ethernet type)

Opinion
Bug description:
Nova-Compute generates guest-XML-definitions with type „ethernet“.
There should be an option in nova.conf to choose the VIF type. I
suggest "libvirt_quantum_linuxbridge_net_type" for the name of the
config option. If the user configures "bridge"-type VIFs Compute
should determine the bridge-name and include it into guest-XML-
definition.
