nova net-list not working on client side

Bug description:
I have installed nova client on my local machine and trying to use
nova-client using following command
nova --os_usernmame=admin --os_passwo=xxxxx --os_tenant_name=demo
--os_auth_url=http://10.99.130.230:5000/v2.0/ net_list
It is showing maximum tries exceeded for url :
/v1.1/e72a1350522c4b9ea9b69661bc4ed265/os-tenant-networks
is there anything extra that I need to supply additionally to make
this command work?
