VM status not updated after it's changed in DB
Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
Expired
Bug description:
Change a VM state from “Active” to “Error” in DB, and the VM is always
“active” on dashboard.
It seems the client/browser doesn't take any action to get the status for
'active' VMs.
It is monitored for 20 minutes.
