Floating IPs count on Overview page is incorrect
Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):

Bug description:
1. Create an Instance from Compute and associate Floating IP.
2. Notice that on Compute > Overview page, Floating IPs is being counted
like " Used 1 of 10"
3. Disassociate Floating IP and Terminate Instance.
4. Notice that IP is still counted on Overview page like " Used 1 of 10" .
5. Like wise associate all available IPs like "Used 10 of 10, and
disassociate all of them.
6. Overview page still list asl "Used 10 of 10" and next time it throws an
error when tried to assign a Floating IP
