Image property "hw_vif_model" is not honored again if we do a VM
soft/hard reboot via Nova

Bug description:
I am using Grizzly 2013.1.2, I have an image with a property:
hw_vif_model=e1000.
When first nova boot a VM from this image, e1000 get configured as nic
type properly, but once I do a soft/hard reboot, the nic type is
changed backed to default virtio.
I guess this is a bug of Nova ?
