Extract Assignment related tests from IdentityTestCase

Bug description:
IdentityTestCase is intended to have only tests for user and groups.
However it also has tests for domains, projects, roles and grants/role
assignments.
Every test that are not for users or groups have to be extracted from
IdentityTestCase (test_v3_identity) and to be put in
AssignmentTestCase (test_v3_assignment, to be created).
