Bug description:
In /etc/neutron/plugins/ml2/ml2_conf_sriov.ini under [sriov_nic] section the
default value for supported_pci_vendor_devs is:
supported_pci_vendor_devs = 15b3:1004, 8086:10c9
It should be:
supported_pci_vendor_devs = 15b3:1004, 8086:10ca
8086:10c9 is Vendor ID:Product ID of PF. It should be Vendor
ID:Product ID of VF.
