Title:
Unable to Shut Off Instance while it is Paused
Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
Fix Released
Bug description:
1. Login to DevStack as admin user
2. Create the Instance and from Actions drop down click on "Pause Instance"
3. Observe that Instance is in Paused state.
4. From more Actions click on "Shut Off Instance" and confirm the PopUP.
5. Observe that "Error: Unable to shut off instance" is displayed.
Expected Result: Instance needs to shutoff properly, else Shutoff
option needs to be removed when Instance is in "Paused State".
