Check the testcase for the token provider from the source here.
https://github.com/openstack/keystone/blob/master/keystone/tests/test_token_provider.py#L776~L780
for example, only old style of token provider configuaration is covered.
It's obvious that there is something wrong with the testcase, besides, the
function should also cover default token provider and 'PKIZ' as well.
