stack resource status text is over the stack status text
Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):

Bug description:
When hovering with the mouse cursor over a stack resource, it prints the
resource status text under the stack status text.
If the status is too long and breaks to a number of rows, the resource status
text will be printed on top of it.
