Bug description:
hello,
I've noticed a little bug/lacks of feature with glance-replicator.
if you stop the copy and restart it, Glance-replicator doesn't copy anything.
It's because instances are tagged "killed" in the DB and glance replicator
lacks a condition for this use case (ligne 473) (i suppose)
if headers['status'] == 'active':
