devstack dnsmasq version error in centos7

Bug description:
i run devstack in centos7,but give me a error when start the q-dhcp service.
ERROR:FAILED VERSION REQUIREMENT FOR DNSMASQ.Please ensure that its version
is 2.67 or above!
But the lastest version in centos7 is dnsmasq-2.66-12.el7.x86_64.
