Can't access image after reboot host

Bug description:
I upload the cirros image which add property (--property architecture=x86_64)
with CLI:
glance image-update 6886dd80-b48c-4192-98bb-977d5ffa0314 --property
architecture=x86_64
Then launch one instance with this image. But when the host with the instance
rebooted, got log below:
