Title: Name field marked mandatory on Create Volume Page Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon): New Bug description: As per the Cinder api reference, Name is an optional parameter for cinder volume-create command. The implementation is correct on cli where the name is treated as an optional parameter but on Horizon's Create Volume page, Name field is marked as mandatory. It should be made optional.
