Use DictOpt for mapping options
Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):

Bug description:
Below options are using ListOpt which does not represent the purpose
correctly
LINUX_BRIDGE.physical_interface_mappings
ESWITCH.physical_interface_mappings
OVS.bridge_mappings
It would be more intuitive to use DictOpt which is supported in
oslo.config from version 1.2.0a1
