Dont fail on _wait_till_spinner_disappears

Bug description:
_wait_till_spinner_disappears can be slower than AJAX response from
horizon that cause NoSuchElementException from selenium driver.
Request is already recieved by openstack, but selenium still looking
for the modal dialog that is gone at that time.
