Bug description:
It seems like nova doesn't do any cleanup of the instances table. If
you spin up and delete lots of VMs, this table eventually gets
gigantic.
Manually it can be cleaned using: `nova-manage db archive_deleted_rows
10000` but an auto-cleanup of stale entries would be useful too.
